At B’s Boutique, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality perfumes, bath and body products, skincare, and home essentials that bring joy, luxury, and everyday comfort to our customers. We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Product Guidance Before Purchase

Our friendly team is always happy to guide you in-store, via WhatsApp, or by phone to help you select the best fragrance or personal care products for your needs.

  • Sampling In-Store: Where possible, test fragrances and products in-store before buying to ensure satisfaction.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products (including perfumes, soaps, creams, etc.)
  • Items not in original packaging or with broken seals
  • Products purchased as part of promotional bundles or clearance sales

4. Return Process

To return a product:

  • Initiate Return: Email us at info@bsboutique.co.za within the 7-day period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Prepare Package: Repack the item securely in original packaging and clearly label it with the RA number.
  • Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer’s cost (unless the item is defective). Use a trackable method for safety.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Method: Refunds issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Request: Contact info@bsboutique.co.za within 7 days to request an exchange.
  • Conditions: Exchanges depend on product availability and must be for items of equal value.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Report It: Email info@bsboutique.co.za immediately with photos and order details.
  • Resolution: We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if it’s our error.

8. International Returns

Currently, B’s Boutique services customers within South Africa only. For international inquiries, please contact our team to discuss available options.
